About the role
MSS Security is seeking a dynamic, enthusiastic and dedicated concierge security professional for a 3 month fixed term contract on a part-time basis. There may be an opportunity for extension of the contract depending on client requirements. The current roster is Monday-Friday day shift.
Key activities
As a Concierge Security Officer you will be responsible for providing customer service of the highest quality through your proactive, professional and sound approach. The role includes a range of tasks and responsibilities which include (but aren’t limited to):
- Provide customer service to employees and visitors
- Check ID cards of persons entering the facility
- Ensure the personal safety of staff, visitors, and property
- Maintain working knowledge of the locations of various departments, buildings, access routes and admitting requirements
- Provides information and directions, explains rules and regulations to customers and clients
- Maintains logs and records of occurrences as well as completes necessary paperwork
- General administration, clerical and data entry duties as required
Licences and qualifications
- Current Australian Defence Neg Vet 1 Clearance is essential
- Current SA Security Licence
- Current SA Drivers Licence
