About the Role

An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Service Advisor to join our busy team at our Port Hedland Branch. You will be responsible for acting as the principal contact between Truck Centre and our clients for all repair and maintenance work on their vehicles both face to face and over the phone. You will need to be multi-skilled, an effective communicator and be able to work unsupervised. You must be willing to support the team by getting involved in parts administration, assisting in stores, as well as supporting the workshop team during periods of peak demands.

The Successful Applicant

To be considered for this position, you will have a demonstrated background in a similar capacity with proven experience in providing exceptional customer service. In addition to your experience, you will possess the following:

  • Knowledge and interest in the Heavy Automotive industry
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and within a team environment
  • Willingness to complete a range of administrative tasks
  • Strong time management skills
  • A results driven attitude
  • The ability to problem solve and think on your feet
  • Be able to commit to full time hours and to support the branch over the weekend as required
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills and adaptability to software programs
