Our national cleaning company has an opportunity for an enthusiastic, hardworking and results driven Cleaning Area Supervisor to join our team working.
As the Area Cleaning Supervisor you'll be responsible for the day to day operations within the Newcastle & Central Coast regions.
A knowledge of cleaning delivery services is a prerequisite, with extensive experience and knowledge of operating a range of commercial cleaning equipment.
Minimum qualifications include:
- Computer literate
- Certificate III in Asset Maintenance (Cleaning) is desirable
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Current Driver’s License
- Own Car
Reporting to the Key Account Operations Manager and General Manager, you will have:
- Excellent time management skills
- Ability to "think outside the box"
- Understanding and knowledge of safe use of chemicals and WHS in the workplace
- Attention to detail
- QA reporting
- Staff training in cleaning procedures and equipment
- Positive client and team relationships
- Administrative duties including timesheets, leave approval and co-ordination, recording of incidents, conducting toolbox talks, stock ordering and delivery.
- Staff management, including duties and performance management
Your hours of work will be Monday to Friday, from 6am-2pm. These hours are subject to change from time to time depending on the nature of the 24/7 business.
