Headcase Hair is recruiting for a Floor Manager. If you have experience as a manager in hairdressing and are looking to further your career, this could be the position for you.

You will need exceptional hairdressing skills in cutting or colouring (or both) and customer service to be able to satisfy our clients. You will demonstrate great leadership skills being able to manage a team and ensure the smooth operation of the salon. You will have knowledge of salon software, support in enquiries, analyse business reports and maintain a watch over client satisfaction. Having a great personality and ensuring the highest level of customer service is maintained throughout the salon. Responsibility and motivation is a must.
Essential Skills:
- Salon management experience
- Exceptional hairdressing skills in cutting or colouring (or both)
- Exceptional customer service qualities
- Computer skills and preferably salon software experience
- Time management skills and great organisation
- Professional, well dressed and well presented
