To continue to meet the needs of our growing business, we require an energetic Service Technician with excellent communication skills to provide service and maintenance to both our existing and future customers in the Adelaide area.
Skills and Experience
What is required?
- Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Mechanic qualification recognised in Australia
- A White Card
- Current Driver’s Licence
- Appropriate experience
- Strong Customer Service focus
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Advanced communication skills
- Experience using electronic based service reporting software (desirable)
Key Responsibilities
As a service technician you will be responsible for:
- Work without supervision to proactively diagnose and resolve faults
- Carrying out scheduled maintenance
- Servicing and repairing a variety of air conditioning and refrigeration systems
- Coordinating with other trades
- Communicate accurately with our customers, Service Coordinator and office where required
- Mentor and provide assistance to apprentices, among other tasks.
