Our Jaguar Land Rover service centre based at Alexandria is seeking an experienced Service Advisor to join our highly successful team. You will be responsible for:
- Building strong customer relationships by supporting our customers over the phone and at the service centre;
- Processing repair orders and invoices, monitoring progress and communicating with the Service Centre on delivery;
- Quoting, invoicing and advising customers on best products for their needs;
- Providing the desired outcome for our customers every time
To be considered for this role, candidates must be able to display:
- 2 years minimum experience in a similar role
- Highly developed customer service skills
- Confident written and verbal communication
- Well organised and efficient with high attention to detail
- Strong computer skills
- A high level of professionalism
- Current Driver's licence and clean driving record
You will need to demonstrate your desire to perform at the highest level whilst helping to create an environment that is totally focused on customer service.
