Our client is looking to add an experienced Workshop Controller to their team on the Sunshine Coast. Your core responsibility will be to ensure the workshop and associated teams are working efficiently, productively and safely to maximise customer vehicle downtime.
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
• Overseeing daily activity of Technicians
• Allocating repair orders to service technicians
• Reviewing Repair orders
• Ensuring that all work has been completed and quality checked to standards
• Provide technical assistance to service technicians
THE CANDIDATE:
• Previous experience working as a Workshop Controller in the automotive industry
• Ability to lead a team of qualified Technicians
• Sound knowledge of workshop procedures
• Ability to prioritise daily work
• Ability to meet deadlines
• Current manual driver's license
THE PACKAGE:
