An Industry leader and fast growing in Property Services Company specialising in small projects and offering a full range of commercial and retail property services is now looking for a candidate with a strong client service focus and 'can do' mentality to fill the role of Trades Assistant.

We are seeking a professional and vibrant individual to join a small building team on a full time basis. In this role you will be an integral part of the business, displaying exceptional time management and customer service skills. Previous experience within a property maintenance / construction company is essential.

Liaising closely with the Maintenance Coordinators and Project Mangers, you will be responsible for assisting with a wide range of works to varying premises throughout South East QLD. You will also be required to supply detailed quotes on small to medium projects in a commercial, retail and domestic setting.

Successful Applicants will possess:

• Have experience in a commercial environment
• Be a strong all-rounder with a wide range of trade skills
• Handle tasks thoroughly and with a sense of urgency
• Track record of working safely
• The ability to swiftly identify and evaluate day to day problems and the ability to correct them
• The capacity to work unsupervised
• Good attention to detail
• Excellent grooming and presentation
• A professional approach when dealing with staff and clients
