The Role

The Property Maintenance Cleaner will be responsible for the coordination and completion of preventative and corrective maintenance for IKON Property Services, specific responsibilities will include:

• Continuous machine operated gutter cleaning
• Foster and maintain positive working relationships with clients, subcontractors, suppliers and colleagues
• Management of maintenance tasks assigned by Simpro
• Assisting in the provision of reports

The Candidate

The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and experience:

• Gutter Cleaning Experience Essential
• Valid Driver's Licence essential
• Police check and obtain a WWCC
• EWP & Working At Heights Certificate (ideal)
• Basic to intermediate computer skills
• Trade qualifications highly regarded, but not essential.
