You will meet with the plumbing team every Tuesday and enjoy product, safety, customer service, sales and personal development training. Staff receive regular opportunities to cross skill into other areas. We reward excellence with bonuses and commissions, paid on a monthly basis.
The Role
We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Maintenance Plumber.
Your priorities will be to:
- Provide WOW customer service to our domestic & commercial customers
- Deliver valued solutions in planned & reactive maintenance as well as general service requests
- Recommend opportunities for additional services that will benefit our customers
- Maintain the highest levels of efficiency with work flow & resource management
- Drive results that support the financial goals of the Fallon Solutions Group
Your qualifications & skills will include:
- First class fault finding skills & solutions focus
- An eye for detail & ability to produce high quality work to trade standards
- Plumber & Drainer - Gas Fitter Licence
- Occupational Health & Safety Card
- Current QLD Drivers Licence
- Restricted Electrical & other licences well regarded
- Ability to use a smartphone / tablet & basic computer skills
- Experience in quoting & sales
- Strong attention to detail, time management & organisational skills
- Excellent customer service & communication skills

- Self motivated and able to work autonomously

- Reliable, punctual, well presented and have a friendly nature
