Established in King Creek near Port Macquarie on the Mid North Coast of New South Wales, we cover a vast area from the Central Coast and Hunter regions to the Mid North Coast of New South Wales.
Our professional team provide offer a total service for our clients from responsive damage assessment and quote preparation through to the final stage of repairs and construction.
Our experience ranges from Insurance related damage assessing, quoting, repairs and restorations to NSW Government contractual maintenance and multi-million dollar commercial and industrial ventures.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Working as part of a small team of 4 in the Coffs Harbour region, your main projects will be domestic maintenance works for the department of housing, and occasionally insurance repair projects.
This will involve visiting different properties in your area and attending to minor works autonomously, or with an apprentice working under you.
You will be a direct point of contact with tenants, so a polite manner and excellent interpersonal skills are a must.
Working hours are 38 hours/week, flexible working times. We encourage work-life balance instead of overtime.
We're looking for someone who isn't afraid of working hard and being rewarded for it.
Remuneration $65k.
ABOUT YOU
- Qualified Carpenter with 5+ years experience
- Experience on the tools with domestic maintenance/strata/insurance repairs highly advantageous
- Has own ute and tools
- Experience in dealing with tenants/working in live environments highly advantageous
- Mature, responsible and reliable
- Hard worker
- Great communication skills
- Interested in a long-term position
