ABOUT THE ROLE:
AWX is looking for experienced labourers with a current HR truck licence who can travel to Broadwater (other side of Byron) for a current project.
While experience in a similar fence erecting role will be valuable, it is not essential. If you are an experienced civil labourer with a HR Licence looking for a new opportunity this could be the chance for you to gain new skills.
Reporting to our internal Recruitment team and the On-site Supervisors, these roles will involve:
- Digging pole holes
- Erecting modular walls
- Installing noise reduction panels
- Spotting plant operators
- Occasionally driving a 3-tonne tipper
- Site set up
- Manual labouring outdoors
Qualifications and experience
- White Card is a MUST
- HR Licence and experience driving a truck is essential
- Must be physically fit as this role is predominantly labouring
- Own PPE including long high visibility shirt, hard hat, steel capped boots (lace ups) and safety glasses.
- Own reliable car and licence
- Able to provide contact numbers for previous work references
- OK with travelling to Broadwater (other side of Byron)
