About the business and the role
We have an opportunity for a experienced Carpenters to work with one of our clients in a busy production yard located on the Northern end of the Gold Coast. The main duties of the role will be forming up for the construction of various sized and shaped panels
Job tasks and responsibilities
The main duties of the role will be forming up architectural panels using timber and steel beams for concrete precast moulds in preparation for a concrete pour.
- Forming up architectural designed panels
- Using Conventional Formwork
- Have previous experience working in outdoor elements
- Working to tight time frames
- Working well in a team
Skills and experience
- Have experience with Carpentry
- Possess a strong understanding of framing and measurement.
- Cert III in Carpentry preferred or minimum of 3 years experience
- The ability to read and interpret plans
- Have your own tools and reliable transportation
- Have a strong attention to detail
- 2 work related references
