About the Role

Working with an experienced and highly dedicated team, this position will be responsible for delivering a high quality of a workmanship within the workshop whilst performing refurbishment, painting, welding along with preventative and non-scheduled maintenance work.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Fault finding and troubleshooting ensuring all faults are fixed and quickly resolved.
• Performing refurbishment & service work in line with Company procedures to ensure each piece of equipment is fit for use.
• Completing scheduled services to ensure customer requirements and service agreements are upheld and to ensure the safety of the customers equipment.
• Daily workload management ensuring that our workshops run on time and to budget.
• Deliver a professional level of service at all times.
• Complete an average number of jobs per day in line with the Company's expectations.
• Maintain an accurate service diary/time sheet record of work performed.

Skills & Experience

• Exceptional communication skills.
• High energy and motivated to succeed.
• Exceptional ability to work to tight deadlines.
• Prior servicing, diagnostics and hydraulic experience.
• Demonstrated understanding of mechanical/electrical systems.
• Ideally a Mechanical Trade Certificate (Forklift Mechanic/Diesel Mechanic/Automotive Electrician/Heavy or Light Vehicle Mechanic).
