The construction sector is experiencing massive growth and this expected to continue for several years to come! This growth includes all material supplies to the sector, including structural steel, pipes, general fabrications, installations and service/ maintenance.
Randstad are currently partnering with some of the major suppliers to the construction sector, therefore, we are looking for quality boilermakers & welders to join these teams.
What's in it for you?
We are looking for teams to cover temporary contracts, ongoing work and permanent positions across the state. You will be offered shift work, overtime and a strong hourly rate. In addition to this, you will be working in a dedicated team with strong work ethics and a clean working environment.
Your experience
To be considered for these roles you will need to be able to pass a welding test, hold relevant trade qualifications or welding certificates. You will also need to have the following tickets/ experience:
- Boilermaker trade qualification or welding tickets
- Welding experience - MIG/ TIG and Arc
- Ideally confined spaces ticket
- Strong work ethic
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to pass a pre-employment medical
- Understand quality welding standards
