The Role

Healthy Building Systems Australia are seeking a Hygiene Technician to join their close-knit team on a Casual Basis, with the possibility of extending to a Full-Time Contract for the right candidate.

The primary focus of your role will be Carpet  & Hard Floor Maintenance.

Your duties will include, but not limited to:

• Carpet & Vinyl Treatment
• Upholstery Cleaning
• Attend Water Damage, Sewer Ingress & mould (with training) jobs.
• Perform all remediation works as required
• Attend OHS, Staff and Toolbox meetings as required.

To be successful in this role you must have:

• Previous experience in Carpet & Vinyl treatment
• Strong communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills
• Excellent customer service skills
• High level of initiative and self-motivation
• Ability to work unsupervised
• Well presented at all times
• Great time management skills and able to work flexible hours
• A current Police Clearance Certificate
• Hold a valid manual Australian Drivers Licence
• Able to pass a Drug and Alcohol test if required
• Have the right to Work in Australia
• Availability to work on occasional Saturday/Sunday and occasional evening work.
