About the role:
We are currently seeking a committed Warranty Co-ordinator to join our expanding business.
The responsibilities of the role include;
- Ensuring Customer Service Excellence is maintained and all customer related issues are dealt with immediately and effectively to ensure best possible outcome for Customer;
- Dealing with medium to high level customer complaints with referral of complaints/issues to Operations Manager as necessary;
- Managing assigned Charge-Backs for installer errors and provide relevant documentation and follow through;
- Providing reports on outstanding warranties when required;
- Liaising with suppliers and external providers;
- Co-ordinating the input of data regarding warranty repairs and assist with warranty service calls;
- Liaising with Manufacturing Service Managers on warranty issues and log warranty calls;
- Closing assigned warranty claims/cases;
- Following -Up with customers on warranty works;
- Ordering stock for warranty jobs;
- Recommending improvements within areas of responsibilities including the reduction of non-value added processes, improving internal controls and reducing areas of risk.
About you:
You will have a strong experience working within a Warranty background with proven customer service ability, organisational skills and resilience.
In addition you will thrive in a challenging and growing environment. A background in the HVAC or similar industry would be ideal.
