Assetlink's Purpose:
Established in 1993, Assetlink is an Australian owned facilities services provider with over 2,500 people serving over 1200 customers nationwide. Specialising in the provision of standalone cleaning and security services or a tailored integrated solution, Assetlink support businesses to manage their assets and operations in the commercial, retail, aviation, health & aged care and mining sectors.
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Integrated Services Manager to lead a team of cleaning, maintenance and security guard employees, whilst delivering required outcomes for one of Assetlink’s significant clients, located in Central Coast.
As part of this role you will be required to, but not limited to:
- Organises, controls and coordinates the operational management of the site to ensure the proper and efficient operation of all physical aspects of security and cleaning services, to create and sustain safe and productive environments for occupants.
- To be responsible for the efficient day to day coordination and management of the Contract and Assetlink employees.
- Establish an environment which fosters high morale, performance, ethical behaviour and the general well-being of personnel.
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Understand the requirements for facilities management
- Provide effective cleaning & security services.
- Self motivated with high self measurement practices
- Impeccable communication skills both written and verbal.
- Outstanding problem solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to motivate your team.
- Experience in performance management.
- Ability to give direction and instruction to people.
- Hands-on knowledge and practice of security and cleaning practices.
- Provide exceptional customer service. Communicate effectively with the client, centre management, visitors, guest, customers, tenants and staff.
- Experience in large shopping centre environments.
- proven experience in managing a team.
- Competent computer skills are an absolute necessity.
