Tim Davies Landscaping are currently looking for an experienced Landscape Construction Leading Hand to join our Residential team who has strong leadership skills, a good eye for detail, is well organised, has soft landscaping experience and strong plant knowledge.
Responsibilities include:
- Landscape Construction - predominantly planting and adding the finishing touches to projects, hardscaping skills would be desireable
- Assist in planning and scheduling projects
- Leading a team
- Client Liaison
We would like to see:
- You understand and work to budgets
- You have the ability to lead, mentor and organise construction teams
- An ability to resolve issues in a timely and cost effective manner
- An ability to create and work in a team environment
- A M.R. license is desirable however not essential (you must be willing to gain this licence if successful)
