Our client is one of Australia’s leading commercial flooring companies.  They have established a proud reputation as trusted providers of quality floor covering solutions for over 25 years.

They now have an exciting new opening for a Flooring Preparation Manager to join their team.

In this position the successful candidate will efficiently run their floor preparation division and manage a small team.  Experienced in all types of epoxy coatings, concrete grinding and concrete polishing. 

 

Responsibilities in the position:

  • Quoting new jobs
  • Manage, train and hire staff
  • Preparing epoxy coatings
  • Concrete polishing
  • Concrete grinding
  • Levelling concrete subfloors
  • Installation of moisture barriers
  • Concrete levelling
  • Removal of existing floors

 

To considered for this role the successful candidate will:

  • Have 5+ years’ experience in the flooring industry
  • Possess excellent time management skills, be customer focussed and have attention to detail
  • Be experienced with epoxy coatings, concrete grinding and concrete polishing
  • Have basic computer skills
  • General construction induction course (White Card)
  • Pass a police check
