Our client is one of Australia’s leading commercial flooring companies. They have established a proud reputation as trusted providers of quality floor covering solutions for over 25 years.
They now have an exciting new opening for a Flooring Preparation Manager to join their team.
In this position the successful candidate will efficiently run their floor preparation division and manage a small team. Experienced in all types of epoxy coatings, concrete grinding and concrete polishing.
Responsibilities in the position:
- Quoting new jobs
- Manage, train and hire staff
- Preparing epoxy coatings
- Concrete polishing
- Concrete grinding
- Levelling concrete subfloors
- Installation of moisture barriers
- Concrete levelling
- Removal of existing floors
To considered for this role the successful candidate will:
- Have 5+ years’ experience in the flooring industry
- Possess excellent time management skills, be customer focussed and have attention to detail
- Be experienced with epoxy coatings, concrete grinding and concrete polishing
- Have basic computer skills
- General construction induction course (White Card)
- Pass a police check
