What this opportunity involves:

We have an exciting opportunity for you to join a dynamic team working for one of JLL’s major global retail giants! This role will be responsible for all daily facility maintenance as well as supporting the team and client with any ad hoc handyperson requests (hard and soft services) across this site.

We need someone who is professional, responsive and will provide superior customer service at all times! Reporting to the Site Facilities Manager, you’ll be responsible for;

  • General repairs and maintenance for all aspects of the property e.g. minor building work, furniture repairs, installing signage and screens etc.
  • Overseeing all plant and equipment maintenance
  • Provide assistance in liaising and overseeing all service contractors
  • Conduct site inspections and build strong relationships with the client, contractors, trades people and suppliers
  • Take responsibility for work health and safety on site

With a broad knowledge and skills across maintenance and power equipment, the successful candidate will be able to tackle any and all requests put before them! Your positive approach to managing our client's expectations and meeting our clients' needs will be paramount to your success, teamed with your ability to effectively manage your time and prioritise work. You’ll have excellent verbal and written communication skills, be able to work in a team, and have a helpful and knowledgeable approach when dealing with clients and vendors.
