THE OPPORTUNITY

In this position, you will be responsible for the delivery of planned and reactive maintenance on the Company's Sydney contracts.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Be the Technical Head for their respective specialism, ensuring services delivered in accordance with Specifications, Australian Standards, Best Practice
- Create a team of qualified technicians delivering services across NSW and then Australia
- Efficient use of the technicians to deliver the services
- Develop and maintain a strong customer relationship;
- Full compliance and consistency with the BGISTS business systems
COMPETENCIES & QUALIFICATIONS:
- Trade and or professional Qualification in Electrical, Mechanical and Hydraulics.
- 5+ year experience in a similar position
- Able to respond quickly to change and adopt a flexible / innovative approach to problems and opportunities
- Must present well, have great communication and customer relation skills
- Ability to work within a team environment
- Current Drivers Licence
