Opportunities exists for experienced Underground Mining Electricians to join our company, based in Kalgoorlie.
These are residential roles NOT FIFO. Only candidates living in the Kalgoorlie region or prepared to relocate will be considered. A relocation allowance will be offered to suitable candidates.

The position:
Based in Kalgoorlie, you will be required to carry out mining maintenance for local sites.
The ideal candidates will require experience in installation and preventative maintenance of all underground electrical infrastructure including switchboards, HV supply cables, Jumbo maintenance, Jumbo trailing cables, ventilation systems, flygt pumps and underground lighting systems
Experience in underground mining is highly preferable.
To be suitable for this position you require the following:
- A current WA Electrical Workers License - essential
- Current Drivers License - essential
- Current Police Clearance - essential - within 3 months
- HV switching ticket is desirable
- Working at heights and elevated work platform is desirable
- LV Rescue & CPR certificate is desirable
- Excellent fault finding and diagnostic skills
You will be required to pass a pre-employment medical including a drug and alcohol screen.
