If you are a highly motivated, physically fit, enthusiastic person who loves hands on work, land/garden maintenance and just being outdoors, then we want to speak with you!
WPC Group have a strong partnership with a national facilities maintenance company that provides land management services to the Government and commercial sectors of New South Wales, including Sydney's army barracks, and they are looking for up to six motivated individuals to start their career in Horticulture as either a Parks and Gardens or Horticulture Apprentice or Trainee.
About the role
As a Horticulture/Parks and Gardens Apprentice or Trainee, you will be learning how to correctly identify plants, measure PH levels of soil, as well as perform outdoor maintenance such as trimming, mowing, weeding, planting, and undertake general land maintenance for Government and commercial contracts all over Sydney.

- Physically fit and self-motivated
- Eager to work outdoors with extensive variety of work sites, horticultural jobs and projects
- Strong team mentality with an attitude of helping others
- Positive attitude towards working full-time and gaining a nationally recognised qualification
- Willingness to do whatever it takes to get the job done
- A desire for excellence
- Consistently reliable and punctual at all times
- Commitment and dedication to TAFE studies
- Provisional licence and own car is preferable
