About the opportunity
Due to rapid growth, we are in the market for a Second Mowing Crew Supervisor to deliver on government contracts and NDIS package needs for our clients.focused on mowing and general gardening.A few of the key responsibilities will cover, but not be limited to the following responsibilities:
- Manage and be responsible for a supported employee crew of between 3 to 4 people
- Training employees on the Lawn Mowing crew
- Job Scheduling and rostering for the crew
- Day to day supervision of the service crew
- Manage cleaning and maintenance of the equipment at the end of every day
- Risk Assessment and Crew Induction for every property/site to be visited
- Managing sales and budget
- All administration related to invoicing, quoting etc
About the candidate
As this is a supervisory as well as hands-on role, the successful candidate will need to display skills and experience in both areas of expertise, covering such skills as:

Minimum one years' experience supervising a mowing / gardening crew

Working knowledge of industry acceptable standards

Working knowledge of chemical weed or pest control practices

Ability to train and mentor the crew
-
Good communication skills
-
Clean NSW drivers' licence
