Our Company
Established in 1909, Norman R. Wright & Sons is a 3rd generation boat building company located in the Rivergate Marina Complex at Murarrie, Brisbane.
Our services include boat design, building, refits, repairs and maintenance. We have a diverse clientele base ranging from government departments, commercial and pleasure craft owners.
The company has experienced significant growth since relocating to the Rivergate Complex in 2017 and we are now looking to develop the next generation of quality boat building tradesmen.
The Role
As a Full-Time Apprentice with Norman Wrights, you will have the opportunity to learn and develop skills in all facets of boat building. You will work on a variety of vessels including, but not limited to, classic timber cruisers, high-speed composite pleasure and workboats. Our highly skilled and experienced tradesmen will be your mentors, guiding you through your training and creating an excellent foundation for your boat building career.
