Rosenthal Automotive is currently seeking a Qualified Heavy vehicle mechanic to work in our truck and bus department.
We have a 3 bay workshop with essential tooling provided, Carry out servicing and repairs on Large fleet trucks and education department buses.
Typical work hours from 8am to 5pm - Monday to Friday.
Saturday's if required
Applicant must have the following for successful application.
- Must have own tools/toolbox.
- Must have own transport.
- Must have good work ethic.
- Able to manage bookings. (DMS training handled inhouse)
- Must have reasonable computer skills.
- Organise parts for incoming jobs. (OTJ Training)
- Be confident with handling customers concerns.
- Able to work (semi) un-supervised.
- Have up to date knowledge of WHS practices.
- Show initiative to solve problems.
- Must have HR license minimum.
- Forklift license is preferred, but not critical.
- Proof of trade certificate/ Relevant training.
- Must have references for previous jobs
Applicant also has the chance to do A/H breakdown assistance if needed. (Vehicle supplied)
Remuneration is directly proportional to qualification and choice of job responsibilities. Above award rates and overtime paid.
Relocation assistance is also available upon request.
