THE POSITION
We are seeking a Casual Security Officer to work in a high-tech control room in Melbourne CBD. The ideal candidate will have a strong customer service focus, an aptitude for technology, attention to detail and a willingness to learn new technologies. The primary functions of the role include, but are not limited to:
- Providing high quality frontline customer service and support for inbound calls;
- Risk identification and issue resolution;
- Reviewing CCTV footage and operations;
- Ability to follow instructions and set procedures across multiple platforms;
- Report writing
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
To be considered for an opportunity with Wilson Security, you must be able to demonstrate that you have the following skills and qualifications:
- Eligibility to apply for a security licence. Wilson will provide the training.
- Excellent customer service skills;
- Confident interpersonal and communication skills (written & verbal);
- Strong report writing and computer skills;
- Professional personal presentation;
- Exceptional work attendance;
- Full, unlimited right-to-work in Australia.
