The Grange Golf Club is well renowned as one of South Australia’s premier sporting venues boasting 2 internationally rated 18 hole championships golf courses and will host the 2019 Women’s Australian Open in February having successfully hosted the event in 2016. Opportunities currently exist within the Club’s Course Maintenance staff in the following roles:

Qualified Greenkeeper

We are seeking a positive and motivated career minded individual to join the maintenance team as a Qualified Greenkeeper.  The successful applicant will hold a Certificate III in Turf Management, have a strong work ethic, the ability to be a self-starter and willingness to work as part of a team is essential.  Prior golf course experience and knowledge of golf will be considered favorably, as will machinery operation experience.

Groundsman

This versatile role will require the successful candidate being trained in a wide-ranging variety of machinery.  Daily greenkeeping duties will be required and will also include vegetation and gardening type duties on an as required basis.  The appointed individual would have demonstrated basic handyman skills and be able to operate a diverse range of tools and equipment.  They will be self-motivated, able to work unsupervised, have an eye for detail and be a reliable team player.
