The Company
I am currently working very closely with the largest global organisation within the BMS, HVAC, refrigeration and security space. They operate in over 100 countries and employ over 100,000 staff worldwide. It's fair to say - my client is not only the leader nationally, but they are THE global leader in the industry. By providing integrated efficiency solutions, combining energy, automation and software, my client has continued its dominance over the Australian market and now have space for an experienced Service Team Leader on their team in Brisbane.
The Role
You will be responsible for managing all aspects of your team. You will also perform technical maintenance in HVAC and Refrigeration whilst supervising a team of qualified Technicians, ensuring the technicians operate in an efficient manner when responding to breakdown calls, and scheduled maintenance.
The Person
- Has relevant trade certificates
- Comes from a HVAC data centre background
- Possess strong organisational, leadership and commercial skills
- Is happy to lead from the front - if a call comes in and all your technicians are busy, you will get in a car and sort the issue
- Has previous supervisory experience
