Coxons Group are currently seeking to appoint a radiator repairer / fitter to join the team in our new Townsville  workshop (formerly Natrad Townsville).

Coxons Group specialises in the maintenance and supply of mining, transport, industrial and automotive cooling components.  Coxons Group are the largest cooling component repair specialist on Australia’s east coast with workshops in Rockhampton (head office), Newcastle and Townsville employing over 35 staff across all locations. 

Coxons Group also offer automotive and truck servicing, repairs and air conditioning servicing.

Role Summary:
The position is responsible for the service and overhaul of radiators, aftercoolers and oil coolers ranging from automotive to mining components. 

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Perform overhauls and repairs.
• Remove and refit radiators.
• General workshop duties such as washing, buffing, sandblasting, pressure testing and welding.
• Follow processes and procedures.
• Assist the the office as required.

Ability to demonstrate the following: 

• Relevant trade experience.
• Team player with strong leadership skills and able to also work independently. 
• Strong work ethic and high attention to detail
• Effective communication and time management skills.
• Current Drivers Licence. 
• Forklift licence.
