For our entity in Australia, Melbourne, we are looking for a Service Engineer
Primary Duties & Responsibilities
- Perform field service for all Bystronic equipment
- Troubleshoot and repair with minimum assistance
- Complete machine moves independently
- Conduct installation start-ups and commissioning of equipment
- Demonstrate Technical Specialist ability on one or more products
- Build positive relationships with customers
- Demonstrate a strong knowledge of customer services skills
Requirements
- Mechanical/Electrical educational background
- Minimum of 2 years maintenance, installation and/or service experience
- Can work independently and as part of a team
- Strong social skills and report writing skills
- Be able to travel Up To approximately 80% of the time
- Willing to work overtime and weekends as necessary
