Allboard Distributors are a well known family business supplying cut to size timber board panels and related products to the trade industry. Our Hallam branch is currently looking for an experienced and reliable truck driver/storeman to join their team and provide exceptional customer service by distributing goods to our valued customers.
The position requires someone who can work two roles:
Truck driving (manual MR), transporting cut to size wood panel products as well as pallet sized 'made to order jobs' and hardware to existing customers in the south east area.
Storeman, stock distribution within the warehouse, storing and dispatching inventory, making up jobs for delivery, strapping and securing jobs for delivery.
The position does involve some heavy lifting so physical fitness is necessary.
The right candidate must have the following:
- MR license
- Physical fitness
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong customer service focus
- Ability to work well in a team
- Fork lift license
This role is a full time position, and includes overtime on Saturday morning roster.
