Due to the recent departure of a long-serving Team Member, an opportunity exists for a highly motivated Field Service Technician to join our Technical Support Team.

Reporting to the Field Service Manager, the Field Service Technician is responsible for the timely and professional delivery of Service, Support and Small Project Works to both our New and Existing Customers, across the areas of Security, Access Control, Intercom, Radio Paging and Nurse Call.

 

Because we have a significant Customer Database, and work within the Critical Messaging, and Security, space the individual we seek must be highly motivated, well organised and be committed to delivering a quality result for each job that is allocated to them.

 

As there will be a considerable amount of direct Customer contact and communication in this role, the successful Candidate will have good communication skills and be able to deal with people at all levels.

 

A good working knowledge of Security, Access Control and CCTV Systems is required, and ongoing training and support will be provided, both in our chosen 3rd Party Products and, of course, in Xacom’s own proprietary Systems.
