About the role
We are looking for enthusiastic, motivated retail salon professional to join our Indooroopilly team. You'll be working with all major hair care brands and using your knowledge of hair to deliver excellent advice and service to our fabulous clients.
As a Retail Salon professional, you will:
- Be an brand ambassador and first point of contact across both our salon and retail business.
- Coordinate daily appointment diary efficient and effectively.
- Be confident in all hairdressing aspects delivering an outstanding end to end hair care experience for our customers.
- Focus on finding great solutions to common hair problems for our valued customers.
- Demonstrate strong product knowledge across the hair care industry.
- Managing stock levels.
You will:
- Be a qualified and talented hairdresser.
- Demonstrate the ability to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Have outstanding communication, organisational, time management and multitasking skills.
- Enjoy being focused and a part of a busy KPI driven team.
- Be well-presented and highly motivated.
- Be available to work flexible retail trading hours including weekend work, spread across a 7day roster.
