The main duties include:

• The daily management of the operation and administration of the beauty salon business.
• Distribution of payroll to employees.
• Authorise and manage the purchase of equipment and supplies for the salon.
• Perform frequent checks to ensure that consistent high quality of services
• Manage the planning, marketing and promotion of the salon business to the Australian general public
• Enforce hygiene standards and sanitary practices to all the salon's employee's on nail services, general cleanliness, and maintenance of waxing and spa areas.
