We are looking for a dynamic, motivated and experienced Manager to lead & inspire a team of therapists at our St Kilda spa.

About You

You will be invested in developing and supporting the team, creating a high-performance culture in line with endota's values of Intent, Connect, Truth & Balance.

Key to your success is your ability to establish and maintain quality relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

You will have

• Minimum 3 years leadership/management experience
• Experience in the spa, skincare and or cosmetic industry
• Comprehensive understanding of business performance and sales focus
• Demonstrated experience in coaching and training
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Highly organised with eye for detail
• A qualification in beauty would be an advantage
