Community Housing Limited (CHL) Group of Companies is an innovative and best practice affordable housing organisation which assists access to, develops and manages sustainable housing for people in need. We are looking for an experienced and motivated individual to join our team of asset management professionals that work together to deliver high quality asset management to our customers.
As a senior team member you will assist in leading our asset management by:
- Providing advice and support in the management of CHL’s asset base
- Ensuring a high level of consistency is achieved
- Implementing the organisation’s asset management plan
- Assisting the Asset team in determining the strategic asset direction
- Oversee and participate in asset management projects and work assignments
- Undertake onsite maintenance work
- Liaise and work with contractors to ensure KPI’s are met
To lead and support the Field Service team to ensure consistent application of CHL’s contracts, polices and asset plans, you will need: a minimum of two years’ experience leading/managing a team; post-trade certificate or equivalent qualifications and a Green/White card or ability to obtain; understanding of basic project management methodology, including sound application of WHS practices; and the ability to the ability to work in self-directed team environment; and, commitment to the right of all people to affordable and sustainable housing. This role will require travelling and as such will require a current driver’s licence.
