Service Advisor
Singleton Ford & Nissan has a position available for an experienced service advisor to assist in growing our new and expanding business. We have been in operation for 18mths and have seen significant growth over this period already with the workload and customer base continuing to rise. As such we now have a vacancy for a mature person wanting to help take the service department to the next level. The right applicant will have experience with a dealership based workshop environment with a key focus on customer service being vital. We have a number of large key accounts as well as many regular clients entrusting us with their family car so being able to converse on many levels is important. The role is Monday to Friday 7.30am open till 5pm close and suits only those willing to be punctual and reliable. Our operating system is Pentana and previous exposure to this system would be a distinct advantage.
