ABOUT THE ROLE:
As part of the Tony White Group, the Valley Motor Group is in the thriving Gippsland town of Traralgon and has five quality brands - BMW, Ford, Chrysler-Jeep, Honda and Kia - being sold and serviced at a high-profile, highway site.
We have an outstanding opportunity for an experienced Service Advisor to join us in our main Traralgon Service Department.
We require a passionate and dedicated professional who can add value and build lasting relationships with Customers. Prior experience as an Automotive Service Advisor will be highly regarded, as would exposure to ERA DMS.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
- Prior experience as a Service Advisor would be highly regarded
- Ability to take on Team leadership responsibilities
- Assist the Service Manager with daily operations
- Exceptional interpersonal and Customer relationship skills
- Thrives on being part of an energetic, cohesive Team
- Strong computer literacy with experience in Microsoft Office programs
- Immaculate and professional presentation
- Open, Victorian Driver's Licence
