We are currently seeking a suitably skilled individual with excellent interpersonal and organisational skills to join the Maintenance team as a Maintenance Officer.

Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, you will assist in both daily and preventative maintenance requirements at our newly redeveloped Cape Schanck Resort. In this role, you will be responsible for effectively maintaining the Resorts buildings, plant, equipment and facilities. This includes:

• Day to day running of the maintenance department
• Carrying out assigned duties related to the repair & maintenance of resort plant, equipment including mechanical, hydraulic and other services.
• Repairing & maintaining fixtures & fittings to the highest standard in public and accommodation rooms.
• Ensuring that all duties are carried out in a manner that is compliant with RACV policy & procedures.

This is a hands-on role which will suit someone with a can do attitude. You will have strong communication and time management skills with a high attention to detail. Weekend work will be an essential part of this role so flexibility will be required as to meet demands of the business.
