We are a highly customer focused company seeking that special someone to join our field service team
You will predominately be carrying out repairs, service and preventative maintenance to our range of equipment at customer locations. You will be a mechanically minded person who has the ability to assemble and disassemble a wide range of products and not be afraid to get your hands dirty. You will be a highly energetic and self-motivated person that takes pride in their work and their working environment to maintain the standards set out by Tennant. We now have an opportunity for a field service technician servicing the Southerland Shire, Bankstown and Hurstville.
As a key member of the service division you will build positive and effective relationships with all stakeholders and clients by providing the technical expertise for fault finding and advice.
To be successful for this role, you must possess;
- Relevant trade qualification or equivalent experience
- A current drivers license
- Have mechanical aptitude
- Background in hydraulics and small engines
- Have an ability to provide a high level of professional customer service
- Basic Computer skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Physically and mentally fit for the day to day challenges and continual deadlines
- Ability to think on your feet and display a high level of integrity, honesty, reliability and confidentiality at all times
- Background in hydraulics highly advantageous
- Background in capital equipment highly advantageous
