SKILLED LABOURER/S REQUIRED FOR

COMMERCIAL & RESIDENTIAL CONSTRUCTION

As a skilled labourer you will be working initially on a specific project refurbishing and reinstating existing residential dwellings with a view to full time work with our other residential and commercial projects.

About the role:

• This role will initially be on a contract basis with a view to becoming a full time role, working closely with our Project Team and Supervisors.
• We are looking for applicants that have residential/commercial industry experience.
• We have long term work available for the right candidate
• Attention to detail is an absolute requirement.
• The ideal candidate will be capable of working with minimal supervision and a wiliness to follow directions closely.
• Additional the candidate must be familiar with construction industry safety standards and procedures to ensure project safety.

About You:

• You will need to have the basic understanding of construction principles and procedures.
• You need to either have or be willing to obtain the necessary clearances: e.g. Police (working with vulnerable persons), DCSI (Aged persons & Children).
• The knowledge and ability to use various power tools.
• The ability to work autonomously.
• Hold a current driver’s license.
• Have a reliable vehicle
• Be honest and hard working.
