About the Role
We offer a friendly, team-oriented environment that has realistic installation targets.
This role is primarily new solar installations with some solar/electrical maintenance work as well. You will have the opportunity if suitable and successful in this role, to grow into a leading hand or supervisor. As you become familiar with our range of products and services, you will have the opportunity to attend paid training days, gain your solar licence and learn how to grow your skills and knowledge in the solar industry.

Prompt, friendly customer service and clear communication
Conduct yourself in the best interest of the company
Help train new apprentices and trades assistants as the company grows

You will be a problem solver,

Know how to use power tools and hand tools and be a good communicator with your supervisor
Must haves:
QLD Electrical Fitter & Mechanice Licence
Construction White Card
CPR/LVR
Current Drivers licence
Working at heights ticket/training or willing to acquire
Experience working at heights and/or on a roof
Highly regarded:
Experience in the Solar Industry, CEC accreditation Design and Install or hybrid battery storage
EWP, Forklift or high reach tickets
