A fantastic opportunity has arisen within a well-established group for a Service Advisor / Assistant Service Manager position. The successful candidate will be responsible for controlling and promoting the efficient operation of all the Service Administration staff and Customer Service Support personnel, as well as assisting the Service Manager.

• The ability to manage a highly effective and motivated team

Previous experience in a similar role in the Motor Industry will be highly regarded

About the Role:

• Enhance each and every customer experience to maximise the team's result
• Ensure customer issues are handled sensitively, promptly and escalated where necessary
• Commitment to the highest levels of customer service and satisfaction
• Oversee and manage WIP, cash and update Service Manager on a daily basis
• Ensure accurate collection of all customer information
• Take customer bookings as required and ensure they are correctly loaded into the workshop
• Ensure accurate and timely execution of all back-office activities
• Comply with processes and standards set for customer service
• Develop and mantain an engaging working environment
