SERVICE DEPARTMENT POSITIONS:

ABOUT THE ROLES:

As part of the Tony White Group, the award-winning Blacklock's Ford Wodonga and Blacklock’s BMW, Isuzu Ute, & Jaguar/Landrover Lavington require key Service Department Staff to meet increased Customer demand. Located on the beautiful Murray River in the desirable Albury/Wodonga area, our Dealerships are looking for:

  1. AUTOMOTIVE TECHNICIAN:

We require a fully-qualified and competent Automotive Technician with:

  • Prior servicing experience in a busy workshop
  • Previous dealership servicing experience (preferred)
  • A positive attitude and able to work autonomously
  • A New South Wales or Victorian manual driver's license (essential)

All work bays are equipped with hoists and are located in the air-conditioned, Main Service Workshop. Excellent conditions and a competitive wage structure is on offer for the right Applicant. The position is full time (38-hour week), with some overtime available at peak times.

2. AUTOMOTIVE APPRENTICE TECHNICIANS:

Our 2018-2019 Apprentice Technician intake is now open to expressions-of-interest. If you are passionate about a career as a motor vehicle and/or motorcycle technician, please submit your application.

Requirements are:

  • Apprentices available for all of our Brands
  • Preferred prior completion of Secondary Certificate

3. AUTOMOTIVE DETAILER:

 We require an energetic and thorough Automotive Detailer to:

  • Prepare new and used vehicles for sale
  • Clean Service Customer vehicles
  • Keep the presentation of our showroom and yard vehicles to a high standard

The successful Applicant will join our Service Department Detailing Team and enjoy excellent working conditions in a friendly co-operative environment. The position is full time (38-hour week), with overtime possible on weekday afternoons and Saturday mornings. Award wages apply.

 

4. ACCESSORY FITTER:

We require a suitably experienced and competent Accessory Fitter to:

  • Fit a full range of accessories - including bull-bars, long-range fuel tanks, and suspension kits - to our popular commercial vehicles

All fitting bays are equipped with hoists and are located in the air-conditioned, Main Service Workshop. Excellent conditions and a competitive wage structure is on offer for the right Applicant. The position is full time (38-hour week), with some overtime available at peak times.

5. WHEEL ALIGNMENT/TYRE FITTER SPECIALIST:

We require an experienced and competent Wheel Alignment/Tyre Fitter Specialist. Our tyre-fitting bay is fully equipped and working conditions are excellent. Remuneration to be negotiated with the successful Applicant and will include a generous bonus structure.
