Due to growth in the Sydney CBD, we are looking for a self motivated and customer-focused Client Service Manager to join our team. Based out of our Head Office and reporting to the Regional Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining key client relationships; ensuring a high level of customer service and delivery excellence.

The Role:

• Manage and deliver the expectations of clients and contracts
• Visit clients and conduct daily audits and site inspections
• Provide quotations and recommendations for additional works
• Manage and coordinate the performance of staff and contractors in their delivery of a range of services 
• Work in collaboration with internal teams and management to ensure effective mobilisation of new business and projects
• Identify new business opportunities to grow the TJS brand
