From Hotels to Apartments, restaurants and clubs
Our property Group owns hundreds of apartments and several venues such as Hotels and Restaurants. We require the services of an internal Property Maintenance Manger on a full-time basis.
The successful candidate will effectively maintain the high standards of maintenance within all of our properties. You should be qualified to do the work yourself but also to call and coordinate with external contractors whenever required.
You should be able to demonstrate a past experience in a similar working environment. You possess a positive personality with a great all around knowledge of general maintenance skill. You will be an excellent fixer, resourceful and customer focused team player.
Whilst you will be working alone you will be part of an overall team and report to the managers of the venue and property managers. You are confident of working and delegating to others. Your diligence to focus and make things happen, as well as your ability to report accurate prices and works in progress are part and parcel of the position. You are used to turning up on time and delivering on time. You understand that reliability is the essence of your profession.
