To support this culture, Mineral Resources are looking for experienced and innovative Heavy Duty Diesel Fitters to join our team at our Koolyanobbing / Windarling mine site on a full time permanent basis and make a difference.
The role:
- Regular preventative maintenance on heavy mobile plant
- Major component scheduled change outs
- Diagnostics, fault finding and troubleshooting
Benefits on offer:
- 2:1 roster (1 week day shift, 1 week night shift)
- Packages per annum up to 182,171.09 (super on all hours) Based on a 12hr day – Overtime paid on top of this

Our fleet at Mt Marion fleet includes:
- Hitachi EX1900, 2600
- Komatsu PC1250, HD1500, HD785-7, 785-7, WA600
- CAT 789, D10T, 854K, 992, Vibrating Roller, 16M
- Various ancillary equipment including Gen-Sets, Lighting Towers, EWP and LV's
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Australian Trade Certificate – Heavy Mobile Plant
- Current & Valid Driver’s license (HR is desirable)
- Experience working with Mining equipment
- Excellent safety awareness
- Ability to work in and maintain a zero harm culture at all times
