Based in Sydney they operate across Australia and increasingly into Asia servicing a diverse range of Government and Corporate clients in the Building, Manufacturing, Chemical, Defence, Mining, Energy and Construction sectors.
This is a new position in response to increasing growth.
Your role is to lead Hazardous Material audits and investigations on client sites, and provide advice on how best to manage and mitigate the risks identified. You will lead more junior staff and subcontractors and build a professional relationship with clients.
You have sufficient industry experience to be credible in advising clients on the structure and design of projects i.e. at least 3 years experience as a Project Manager/Senior Consultant working on a range of sites i.e. industrial commercial and residential, and ideally are a Licensed Asbestos Assessor. Experience with Heavy Metals and Chemical contamination will be highly regarded.
You value well defined project management processes and procedures and you possess excellent report writing skills. You have strong commercial acumen and a passion for customer service.
